Cleaning Policy
Our cleaning policy that helps the environment
Stay@Brussels is making an effort for the environment. The hotel industry needs to be responsible and we work towards being greener and better. That is why we have a special cleaning policy which is dependent on how long you stay.
• For a stay of less than 5 nights, no cleaning is provided.
• From 5 to 7 consecutive nights stay we schedule a mid-term cleaning, which includes a change of bed linen and towels.
• From 8 to 29 consecutive nights your apartment is refreshed twice a week which means we change the bed linen and towels once.
• For 30 nights (or longer) we organise one deep cleaning per month, including a bed linen change and towel change.
Cleaning services additional to these scheduled as per request. The cost for cleaning your apartment or studio including a change of bed linens and towels is 29 EUR. An extra set of towels costs 9 EUR and an extra change of bed linen costs 9 EUR.
Laundry Room
Help for you when you are away from home
The laundry rooms at Stay@Brussels are open 24/7 and contain at least two washers and two dryers. Use of our laundry room is free for all our guests, but washing detergent is not included.
We have ironing boards available and can even wash and iron your personal clothes for a fee of 39 eur
Kitchenette
Your aparthotel comes fully equipped with kitchenette equipment
At Stay@Brussels, every studio and apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchenette. Whether you’re staying for a few nights or a few months, you’ll have everything you need to prepare your own meals comfortably.
Equipment can be found in the apartments :
• Dishwasher (not in all rooms)
• Fridge
• Microwave/Oven
• Coffee machine
• Pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and glassware
• 2 or 4 electric hotplates

For your convenience, private underground parking is available at Stay@Brussels.
The Brussels-Capital Region is a Low Emission Zone (LEZ)
Luggage
Leave your luggage in our luggage room
Need to drop off your bags? No problem!
Leave your luggage safely in our luggage room, no need to carry it around the city. Go explore Brussels hands-free!
